Require someone to programe 4 stepper motor 28byj-48 to rotate using push buttons.

I am looking for a programmer who can help me with a project involving 4 stepper motors (28byj-48) using arduino and push buttons. The requirements for this project are as follows:
- Stepper motors should be programmed to rotate in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions.
- The motors do not need to have different speeds; a consistent speed is sufficient.
- Momentary push buttons will be used to control the rotation of the motors.
Ideally, the freelancer should have experience in programming stepper motors and working with push buttons. They should be able to write code that allows for bi-directional rotation and can handle input from momentary push buttons. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are also important for this project.
I have found an existing programme that almost does what I want..... I am hopless at programming and require someone to complete this project.
I require 1 push button to be pressed that will rotate the:
1st stepper motor 180degrees.
Then when pressed again will rotate the 2nd stepper motor 180 degres.
Then pressed again will rotate the 3rd stepper motor 180 degrees
then pressed again will rotate the 4th stepper motor 180 degrees.
Maybe an additional button to reset back to original position. (not essential, just nice to have)
I would imagine additional buttons will be required to adjust the stepper motors to rotate it to the desired start location. As the attached sample software already does.
