Replace language of keyboard to use on computer connected to arduino micro

I have a Arduino code that is arduino micro that plugs into a computer and acts like a keyboard, it is configured with a Brasilian Keyboard, I want to change that to US International Keyboard for all the functions where this code is using Brasilian Keybaord.
this is my first project so I have a very small budget but this task should be easy with someone who is familiar with arduino and keyboard layouts.
