Remote-Controlled Torch Platform

I'm looking for an engineer to build a remotely controllable torch mounted on a platform. The platform should be able to rotate left, right, up, down, and also move along an axis in 2D.

The control will be through a web-based interface, and it should feature:
- A live video feed to see the area being illuminated.
- Control buttons for movement.
- A manual override option.

The rotation mechanism should utilize servo motors.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in robotics and remote control systems.
- Proficiency in web development for the interface.
- Knowledge of servo motor integration and control.
- Background in video streaming technologies.
