Recreate a process for v850 Nec with Arduino

Hello, I have a NEC 70F3524 microprocessor with protection. The method to read it is to cause a voltage fault.
Commands are sent at 9600 baud, and the V850 responds at 115200 baud.
I made a recording with a logic analyzer, where you can see the commands sent by the app and the microprocessor's response.
Communication is via a single Rx line.
What I need is to replicate this process with Arduino or another microcontroller.
I propose going step by step.
1. Step 1: Start MCU identification.
2. Apply the glithc process.
3. Once the MCU enters unlock, read the entire MCU.
