Reading 125khz signal , amplify and upmix to 2.4ghz

So what I'm trying to do is to read a 125khz signal and amplify and upmix/upconvert to 2.4GHz to relay the signal over a long distance. I could do this with Arduino or Raspberry Pi easily with help of some friends but I need the message to be relayed in less than few milliseconds. I think this is not possible with an Arduino or Raspberry Pi, or at least not with an old Raspberry Pi.

Another option is to make an analog circuit without any use of computing processes. I read that I would need a mixer to convert the signal to a higher frequency, but I wouldn't know how. Last option is to relay the frequency with cable but I prefer not to. I hope someone can help me out on this one! Thanks in advance
