Read smartcard APDU

I need to read the card information and I need sketh to be developed in arduino. For this, the hired professional will need to know the pinout of these cards and their connection to the Arduino. I will provide an arduino code with the rules for the connection, I will also provide a pyton code that communicates with the arduino in order to send command and receive the returns of arduino readings. What I need is an arduino code that reads the APDU without needing the pyton code.
