Raspberry Pi Vehicle Automation Integration

I am in need of a talented Raspberry Pi programmer who can create a program that seamlessly integrates with a variety of vehicle functions including HVAC, navigation, infotainment/Bluetooth, steering wheel controls, back-up camera and possibly voice activation command.
Key requirements:
• The program should support control over HVAC, navigation system, and infotainment/Bluetooth integration. Also, it should be compatible with steering wheel controls (phone, volume, source, etc.), and the back-up camera.
• If feasible, incorporation of voice activation for vehicle functions would be an added advantage.
• The user interface is expected to be modern, visually appealing but also functional and intuitive.
• Interaction with steering wheel controls should allow for volume control, phone function management, and audio source change.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience with Raspberry Pi programming, vehicle system integration, and UI design. Familiarity with voice recognition technology is a bonus. The aim is to create a fluid, user-friendly experience for drivers without compromising the modern aesthetics and functionality.
