Raspberry /Arduino program for sending RFID + Barcode to google sheets or other spreadsheet
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Im interested in creating simple project which can help me with product organization. Some project basics:
RPi Pico or Zero or Arduino
Touch screen or Screen + 2 physical buttons
Connected RFID reader (fx. RC522)
Connected barcode scanner (USB or serial - you’re choice)
Ethernet connection
How program should work.
Main screen - logo with world „Hello, please log in” -> user touches reader with card -> program find 10 digit RFID number in Google Sheet (or sth else) and prints out corresponding Name and Surname and ask to scan products.
User scan product barcode and program sends to google sheets (or sth else) new row with RFID number, scanned code and date.
Than user is asked if he want to scan one more product (next row in spreadsheet) if he don’t do this, after 15 sec he is logged out.

We can also set up some database on another device in network (fx. Win Server) but i would like to minimize devices to look after… it has to be as simple as possible :) budget is also flexible if you have good proposition. Below short visualization with TouchScreen use, ofc to minimize cost and make it simple physical button + small screen also gonna work well :)
