Raspberry Pi

I am working with Arduino Due (board model: DUE R3), I want it to work with J1939 CAN bus messages. I should be able to program it so that once it sees a specific J1939 message, it should be send out 5 volts to output pins. It should be able to work with multiple CAN bus messages and should be able to send out 5 volt from multiple pins depending on how I program it.
