I’m looking for someone who can turn a straightforward brief into a polished little desktop calculator. Python 3 and Tkinter are both must-haves because I want the finished program to run out-of-the-box on any standard installation.

The look and feel should follow a classic pocket-calculator layout—nothing flashy—so users immediately recognise the keypad arrangement. Core arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) is required, and I’d like one extra: a square-root button alongside the usual operators.

The buttons must also respond to keyboard input; if a user presses “7” on the keyboard, the “7” key on the interface should activate and the value should register in the display. Visual or audio effects aren’t necessary.

Please build the project in a single, well-structured Python file, comment the code for readability, and keep functions logically separated so future tweaks are painless. I’d like the finished script, any supporting assets (if you decide to split out icons or styling), and a quick README explaining how to run the program.
