Prototipo de Control de Acceso con Arduino

I'm seeking a freelancer to help me design a prototype with Arduino that will serve as a control access system.
Key Requirements:
- The prototype should be able to read the Wiegand 26 format.
- It must communicate with a database using a GSM SIM800 or similar technology.
- Upon a positive response from the database, the system should activate a relay.
- It would be great if the device could also incorporate a screen for user interface.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in designing Arduino-based systems, especially control access systems, is essential.
- Experience with GSM-based communication and working with databases is highly desirable.
- Prior knowledge of Wiegand 26 format and working with relays is a plus.
- Having some experience with UI design or incorporating screens into Arduino projects would be beneficial.
- Working knowledge of QR code readers is necessary.
