Project reduction into flex circuitry

Am currently using Adafruit products for my project and wish to not only reduce the circuitry into a more linear flex configuration but also am needing more reliable components engineered to my specific needs. Project currently includes the Feather 32u4 in various RF ranges in combination with the Adafruit Music Maker. It is my desire to permanently install the Music Maker into my project while the processor can be easily switched out to more advanced preprogrammed processors/ RF ranges/purposes by the end user which means a plug and play connection between the two that is sturdy enough to withstand frequent changeouts. Currently only hold a process patent on my product so cannot divulge further information.
