Programming with Arduino IDE ,Module ESP32-CAM/SIM 800L

I am seeking an experienced coder with proficiency in Arduino IDE and the ESP32-CAM/SIM 800L module to create a remote control for selected appliances in my home. The appliances that need to be included in this project are a rain sensor, motor, calendar, and camera.
The necessary features for the controller are:
- IP device setup and integrated UI
- Scheduling tasks such as adjustments at specific times
- Turning the appliances on/off
- The possibility of remote control
- Adjusting various settings on each appliance
The ideal candidate for this role would be comfortable interfacing with various types of hardware and have developed similar remote control solutions in the past. Knowledge of IoT and home automation would also be beneficial for the success of this project.
