Programming an E-Bike

I'm looking for an experienced programmer to help me with a project programming an e-bike. I would like the programmer to use the Arduino programming language, and I have a detailed list of the specific functions I want it to perform. I need the project completed within 1-2 weeks, and am open to discuss expectations and requirements further to ensure the project is completed on time and to a high standard.
