Program Arduino uno

I need to create a program which works with a distance sensor as well as a touch sensor. It’s a completely randomised program, in a sense creating a system which is supposed to mimic a baby. The speaker will output a noise indicating to the user it needs its attention as the user walks towards the object it the noise is silenced, but on another instance the user will be required to walk towards the distance sensor as well as touch the touch sensor I’m order to simulate affection and attention from the user.
