Pressure readings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am creating a project that will be collecting pressure readings from the Dwyer MSX-W22-IN-COM-LCD via modbus and record the readings in a csv file or on the cloud and able to download from an external device. Data in the csv file to include test port location, pressure reading in inches water column to the thousands place -0.001, and time the pressure reading was collected.
I will be using an Arduino Opta RS485 mini PLC. MD#AFX00001 as my board.
• Will also need to communicate to relay boards via modbus to control 40 solenoids and collect pressure readings 1 time a day from the 40 solenoids with a 5-minute pause between each sensor. It will then need to take samples every 30 min to record the readings on the vent riser.
• Will need remote access login to download the collected data via cellular.
For the first step I need the Aurduino Opta PLC to read the Dwyer sensor. I am still researching what output board to use and cellular board.
