Payment by qr code in the vending machine

I am looking for someone who is able to design a device for payment by scanning a qr code. The device consisting of a black and white display is connected to the MDB v4.3 bus and after pressing the product selection button, the generated qr code is displayed on the display. I will pay for the goods by scanning the qr code in the internet banking application. The device should have a wifi connection and a 4g modem. The control part should be Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
