PLC program

I am in need of an experienced PLC programmer to help develop a program for a specific set of hardware (Delta DVP-14SS2 and Delta DOP-103WQ HMI) ideally program done in DELTA ISPSoft. The desired program should not be particularly complex and must be able to interact with the detailed hardware. The successful individual will have significant experience with PLC programming and a successful record of completing projects of similar size. I am confident that with the right skills and experience this project can be completed quickly and efficiently – feel free to reach out if you have any questions. We require a basic program to control 1 bank of 240v heat lights and 1 bank of 24v fans. We Require the following functions, Basic system on/off. Then a pre-set Timer function to on lights and fans for 5, 10, 15, 20 , 30 mins then system off. Please provide a quote to supply such program and work with us in developing the HMI interface.
