PLC and RFID Integration

I need a PLC programmer to integrate HF RFID tags for HMI screen access control.

Requirements:
- Program the PLC to recognize and authenticate HF RFID tags.
- Ensure secure access to HMI screens via RFID.
- Develop a program to connect IO link module from Rockwell to Rockwell PlC

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in PLC programming.
- Experience with RFID systems, especially HF RFID.
- Knowledge of HMI systems and interface design.
