PAN - TILT record position maximum 60 sec. (At 100 hz) and replay same movement

I have a project to do this month, I need help to make my full project.

Tell me if you know about my hardware and the price to help me ?

I want to do a PAN - TILT (Recording and play positions). I want to use:

Dynamixel 2XL430-W250-T as 2 axes servo motor
Arduino UNO and Dynamixel shield to control the 2 axes servo motor and communication with my computer.
Own VisualBasic 2019 program on my computer to:
read the 2 axes POSITIONS of Dynamixel 2XL430-W250-T (This servomotor have 2 very precise 12 bit potentiometers)
read and RECORD the position in datafile (I think about EXCEL file ???) (I will record maximum 1 minute at 100 Hz = 60 secondes X 100 measures is = 6000 measures X 2 axes=
I should work on this data's after to change the start, put some filter, etc.
And after that, my Dynamixel 2XL430-W250-T should reproduce the record movement (2 axes position) by reading the datafile in my VB2019 software....
