Optimizing wordclock arduino code. with simple mod

i have 0 experience in arduino code, but alot of experience in wireing. so a while back i had a arduino code for a wordclock made. and it works 99% but i need a few modification and addons.

simple stuff like adding buttons for change time and a 1602 display for showing time in addition to neopixel.
