Multiple ESP32 and Android Communication over WiFi (Without website)

10 esp32s in the same place and the android phone must communicate via wifi.
There should be only ONE firmware for ESP32s. So there will be connection methods like SoftAP. As a result of this communication, devices will send and receive some data to each other. Android device has an app and in this way it will communicate with ESP32s. In other words, communication will not be made over a website.
Need someone to prepare this firmware for ESP32.
