Modify Arduino code for connection to Blynk website

I have some basic code written for arduino, running on an Esp32 and NodeMCU.
Code measures electricity using the esp32 and controls a relay (hot water cylinder) on the NodeMCU based on electricity measurements (see NodeMCU code attached)
I need someone to modify the code on the NodeMCU so that it records how long the relay has been on in the last 48hrs and switches the relay if the cylinder hasn't had sufficient heating.
Also, add a manual "heat for 2hrs" function that can be activated on Blynk webpage.
