Make simple GUI for Arduino Programming (an example)

I need to make GUI programming software for Arduino, I don't know how to start making that. GUI can drag and drop and can program to Arduino.
can you help to make an example (not all the code, but an example) of the simple code for turning on the lamp such as my picture, using web base
making the simple thing is important, so i can understand how to continue it later.
