Magnetometer-Controlled LED Light System

I'm looking for someone to help me code my lighting project that uses a magnetometer and magnets for controlling light intensity and direction of LEDs. This system should allow for full-range intensity control, not just basic on/off or dimmer settings.
Ideal skills and experience for this project would include:
