I'm attempting to create an expressive, kinetic art installation using wine bottles as the primary material.

Create a captivating wine bottle ceiling light fixture with 100 hanging bottles, each equipped with durable LED lights and connected to silent stepper/servo motors controlled by an Arduino for dynamic patterns. The design prioritizes even weight distribution, and a noise-free operation. LED lights inside the bottles should provide vibrant, and the system is engineered for many years of maintenance-free operation. Seeking a freelance designer with expertise in Arduino programming, motor control, and creative lighting installations to deliver a visually appealing and reliable project within the specified timeline.
