MIDI CONTROLLER MODULES

1. I am interested in having a PCB board designed and fully assembled with an interface similar to the one found at this link: https://www.waves.com/plugins/ssl-g-channel. I would like the board to have all the same features as this plugin, and to create a MIDI controller that looks identical to the plugin. I also plan to print a 3D case for the board.
2. Arduino Pro Micro and an Arduino CD74HC4067 multiplexer for this project

So I looking for someone who can design PCB board for me.
