Looking for someone who has worked with Slamtec RPLIDAR A1 360 Laser Range Scanner

This project is meant for people who like to build different things as a hobby and are not looking for the monetary satisfaction, because the budget is very small. If you don't have this sensor, then probably this project is not for you, unless you are okay to purchase it at your own expense. The goal of this project is to build a small portable device using raspberry pi or arduino which would allow to record multiple 'scans' of the environment, stich them together and send the coordinates of all the points to the PC.
