Locating USB Driver for Arduino Uno R3

We have an app the communicates with the Arduino UNO via the FTDI chip. However, the UNO R3 does not use FTDI. I need to know where I can find a driver installer that will create a Com Port for our App. I do not want to have users installing the full Arduino IDE just to get a driver. I have tried different downloads I have found on the web and they don't seem to work. I have gotten as far as getting a Com Port to appear in Device Manager, but with the "!" and it does not work.

Do NOT give me AI stuff. I need someone who actually has experience doing this.
