Laser Tag Project

Hello from USA, I am looking for a highly qualified individual who has experience with laser tag technology. I am looking for some to program my laser taggers and vests. The taggers and vests will both be wifi and bluetooth ready. Wifi to distribute data and bluetooth slave/master trained(vests-master)(taggers- slave). If you can make the firmware or software for that I can upload it to the microcontroller or send you it to do yourself. I will also need a game software made that can be downloaded to my computer. The software will need to have a list of functions. I would like it programmed to where I can change settings of any equipment I have by scanning a barcode on the device and changing the settings on it. The game software I would like to have multiple game modes, set game settings, provide live in game scoring, and game ranks with xp needed for each rank. I would like it to be unlimited players eventually over wifi.
