K40 Laser to Arduino & GRBL Conversion
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for an expert with experience in converting K40-style laser cutters to operate on Arduino and a CNC shield using GRBL. The laser cutter currently has an M2 controller board.
Requirements:
- I have all the necessary components: an Arduino board, a CNC shield, stepper motor drivers, and the laser itself.
- The main functionality that I need to retain is the ability to use LightBurn (currently used) for controlling the laser cutter.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Arduino programming and CNC operations.
- Previous experience with laser cutter modifications.
- Knowledgeable in GRBL and CNC shield functionalities.
Please note that the primary software used for controlling the laser cutter will be LaserGRBL.
