LabVIEW GPIB Integration & Support

I have an automated test environment built around NI-PXI, cDAQ, and cRIO hardware. The next milestone is to tighten up our GPIB layer in LabVIEW and be able to call it cleanly from TestStand sequences.
Here is what I need from you:
• Configuration – create or refine VISA-based VIs that recognise multiple GPIB instruments on power-up, apply the correct addresses, and expose error handling hooks for TestStand.
• Data transfer – build reusable producer/consumer VIs that move data packets reliably at the required throughput, log them locally, and hand structured results back to TestStand for report generation.
• Troubleshooting – diagnose intermittent bus errors, timing issues, and any driver conflicts on the host PC; document root cause and corrective actions so the team can reproduce the fix.
All code must be native LabVIEW (current LTS version) and ready to drop into existing TestStand sequences with minimal change. Clear block-diagram comments, front-panel controls aligned to our style guide, and a short README are expected for each VI. If firmware or driver updates are needed, include the exact version numbers used.
I’ll provide remote access to the rack, sample instruments, and the current project tree once we kick off.
