LED motion activated 40yard dash pacing rabbit 120’ long LED

This project will use 12v USC 1903 IC with each IC controlling 3 led pixels this will be working with a laser timer that is already operational that gets ready when the runner gets in position then the timer starts when he picks up his hand to start running ( this is working off an Arduino mega 2560 right now)
