ws2812B 48x26 LED animation

i need a programmer to program Arduino to output a preset animation on 48x26 led matrix display using ws2812b. The display animation is to show 3 conditions of smiley & text (happy face + thumbsup, sad face+thumbsdown & running text message) based on digital input. The display will take input from another microcontroller (2 digital input).
