Kinco PLC IoT Programming
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I need a Kinco PLC program developed in the D-Tool suite to handle three core tasks: logging key process data to non-volatile memory or an external database, pushing that data to a remote dashboard for live monitoring over TCP/IP, and executing closed-loop automated control of the machine. The program must support standard TCP/IP for plant network connectivity, CANopen, and raw CANbus frames for communication with field devices and a supervisory gateway.
The PLC will gather readings from temperature, pressure, and proximity sensors, as well as motor-RPM feedback for speed regulation. Clean tag structures, well-commented code, and clear HMI naming are essential for scalability.
Deliverables:
- Complete Kinco PLC project file (.plc) with fully commented ladder/SFC logic
- D-Tool HMI project with trend graphs, alarm pages, and remote-monitor readouts
- Configuration notes for TCP/IP, CANopen, and CANbus mapping
- A short commissioning guide detailing wiring, sensor calibration steps, and test procedures
- Proof-of-function video or live session showing data logging, dashboard refresh, and automatic control in action
The program version must be compatible with the latest public release of Kinco D-Tool. Please notify me of any additional libraries or licenses required before starting.
