Issue with Particle device sending message via udp

I am currently trying to send a UDP message from an arduino using Particle to a server listening from my laptop, basically just need help implementing this example code: https://docs.particle.io/cards/firmware/udp/udp/

Please contact me if you have experience using Particle for this reason and are able to use a screensharing service (AnyDesk,Zoom,etc..)
