I am seeking the development of an online application (either as a plugin or integrated with WordPress) that enables children to design and code Arduino projects. The system should utilize a drag-and-drop interface, making it easy for young users to create circuits and write code without advanced technical knowledge. Additionally, the platform should support optional manual coding with JavaScript and C#, allowing more advanced users to experiment and learn programming languages.
Key Project Requirements:
1. Foundation on Existing Project:
o The application will be based on an existing, freely available offline project (details will be provided), which should be modified and transformed into a fully functional online version.
o This project must retain the fundamental functionalities of the original version but with an upgraded, modern interface tailored for children.
2. Drag-and-Drop System:
o A simple, user-friendly drag-and-drop interface is essential. This will allow users to easily connect Arduino components and build circuits without needing to type code.
o The interface should include visual representations of components, such as resistors, LEDs, motors, etc., which can be dragged onto a workspace and connected visually.
3. Optional JavaScript and C# Support:
o The application should offer an option to switch between drag-and-drop and coding modes. Users who wish to go beyond the visual interface should have the ability to write code in JavaScript and C# to program their Arduino projects.
4. Free and Pro Versions:
o The application should offer a Free version with limited features and a Pro version with advanced capabilities, accessible through a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
