Indoor 30-45-60 second Alert Module with Audio and Flashing Light (No Enclosure)

Overview:
We are seeking a freelancer to design an audio & LED alert module. The system activates when triggered by a constant 10–28VDC. Its purpose is to gently encourage a person in a room to move before a full alarm is activated.
The unit will use pleasant audio (e.g., elevator music) and a ring of LEDs that increase in urgency over 30, 45, or 60 seconds. The alert stops immediately if the trigger voltage ends early.

Ideal Skills and Experience:Required Skills:
PCB design (round layout preferred)
Circuit design for low-voltage DC systems
Firmware development (Arduino/ESP32)
Audio integration via microSD and amplifier
Addressable RGB LED control (FastLED/NeoPixel)
DIP switch input handling and mode selection
JLCPCB manufacturing preparation (Gerbers, BOM, PnP)
Integration of laser-based input or light-sensor logic
