Implement Propulsion Motor Control in Raspberry Pi
Budget: ₹70,000 – ₹120,000 INR
The motor will drive a material handling trolley. It will be a DC motor of approx 3 kW power. The motor will run as per speed data provided in the software (a file, for example). The speed data (max 8 m/s) will vary from time instant to instant (acceleration). Eg:

There will be separate, external position and speed sensors in the trolley. This sensor data will be used to adjust the speed to make sure that the motor drives the trolley at the right speed and therefore is at desired position at all time.
The developer will:
1. Recommend the exact motor specification and the specifications of other associated components like motor controller, driver etc.
2. Provide specifications for external sensors.
3. Develop and test the software that meets the above requirements.
Please provide the timeframe you need to complete and the lumpsum cost estimate (not $/hour). The costing needs to be based in Indian context. The project is in India and I too am an Indian.
