How to connect and control between Android App and BLE module

I am looking for a developer who can help me connect my existing BLE module with my Android app. I need someone who has experience working with Android Studio and has a strong understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology.
I am a beginner and would like to know about BLE module and android communication technology.
I am looking for a coach who can carefully teach beginners how this works.
Also, I would like to send data from the BLE module and receive it on android and make graphs etc. I would also like to know how to do that. BLE module MCU is installed by arduino firmware.
