Home Automation with Arduino

All I need is to display the correct time with a RTC (DS3231) and to be able to reset the time up or down manually. Have 3 buttons labeled manual, and up and down. LCD 16 x 2 display and have 4 relays with the ability to set the on time and off time. Using arduino uno. This person must com from the USA and speak English would be nice if he or she lived in Michigan.
