Home Automation Arduino Code

I'm looking for an experienced Arduino developer to help me with a home automation project. The specific function I want to turn a stepper motor approx. 10rpm for 3x90 and one 95 degrees. The 95 will be stopped at 90 by an induction proximity switch, to help with keeping within tolerances. Each partial turn will be requested by a handheld remote switch, the 95 (stopped at 90 by the prox sw) will disengage a few seconds later allowing the process to start again.
