Help with arduino code -- 2

I need to change the value of float setpoint in my code with 4x4 keypad then press # and change the value of const float outputspan(speed) with the same method (time is in ms you need to change it to sec) then press # and it will run. My program only takes 3 digits and * deletes numbers. Pretty simple and straight forward It shouldn't take anytime. I will send you the code to work on.
