Get data from arduino uno into simulink for IMU sensor

I have the BMX160 IMU sensor and I have it connected it to the Arduino UNO board and I am reading data from the sensor in the Arduino serial monitor.

I just need to read the data( accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer) live in the Simulink and I need help with that part
