Food dispenser connected with fan for animals

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create a food dispenser that is connected with a fan for animals. The animal using the dispenser will be other than dogs and cats (komodo dragons) ; therefore, should have an adjustable size according to the size of the animal. The capacity of the food dispenser should be small (1-2 meals). It should be powered by electricity rather than battery or solar. The food dispenser must have an easy to use design and a durable construction. The device should also have adjustable temperature control and a timer to control the fan. The project should be completed in a timely and cost effective manner. The project should not be big it’s just for college introduction to engineering project
