Fix glitch in directly connecting from esp32 ble to device.

Current arduino esp32 code functions properly with the exception of needing to (reboot) restart multiple times to connect to a ble watch. Currently works with multiple esp32 dev boards. Connecting via device name and address. Keypad enters a 4 digit entry for time and sends to watch to change time on watch (i.e., 0412 will change the time on the watch 04:12). Uses sparkfun qwiic oled and sparkfun qwiic keypad as well as a small vibrator motor for feedback.
