Extend and enhance Arduino project

I am looking for a knowledgeable software engineer to help me complete an Arduino project that is a bit over my head. I can receive serial commands from a Bluetooth adapter that I then want to set certain pins high or low based on the data received over the Bluetooth serial connection. We will be setting the direction and speed of 2 linear actuators by setting specific predefined pins high or low and passing it a numeric value for speed over PWM.
