Embedded Systems Developer Needed for Sensor Firmware
Budget: £5,000 – £10,000 GBP
I'm in need of a seasoned embedded systems developer to create a comprehensive firmware control system for a sensor prototype. This task will involve:
- communicate with other parties involved
- Real-time signal acquisition
- Integration with a display/UI
- Coordination with a signal-processing FPGA
- Support for a neural network-based pressure inference
The core platform for this project is the Teensy 4.1, and the development environment should align with the Arduino or C++ MCU pattern.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Direct experience with the Teensy, STM32, or ESP32
- A strong understanding of low-level timing and ADC/SPI handling
- Proficiency in logging and structuring data
Additional skills that would be beneficial include:
- Prior work with ML inference libraries such as CMSIS-NN
- Experience with the GIGA Display Shield or other TFT touch interfaces
- Model integration experience with BPN
A successful bid will showcase a solid background in embedded systems development, particularly with the specified hardware and software environments.
