Electronics emulator

I am looking for a freelancer or team to create an electronic emulator for kids to learn. This project requires a web-based interface that will allow users to emulate the components of Arduino Uno and various other electronic components and sensors in real-time, similar to Tinkercad. I’m open to suggestions on development methodologies, however, the web-based interface must provide a good user experience and be easy to use within the confines of its' capabilities. I have done some research and understand the complexity of such a task, as well as the expected development time. I am very open to hearing your thoughts and ideas and am excited to work with a dedicated team to bring this project to life. Requires both blockly and text coding for Arduino. Also, it must be created using Javascript as we are going to embed the emulator in our existing website. This is to minimize the complication. Lastly, the emulator needs to be tested in a reactJS dummy server.
