3³ Electromagnet Grid with RGB LEDs Prototype

I'm looking for an expert electromagnetics to build a prototype of a 3³ grid of electromagnets and RGB LEDs.

Key Aspects of the Project:
- Research and Development: The primary aim of this project is to create a prototype for research and development purposes.
- Electromagnets: The grid should have electromagnets that can individually switch polarity and be controlled with PWM (Pulse Width Modulation).
- RGB LEDs: Each node of the grid will have an individually addressable RGB LED. These LEDs should be able to represent one of three colors at various intensities.
- Photo Detector: A photo detector should be integrated within the prototype to process light as well as electromagnetic signals.
- Programming: The prototype should be designed to be programmed directly, ideally with Arduino or a similar integrated system.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Arduino programming
- Experience with electromagnetics
- Knowledge of RGB LEDs and their configurations
